01.Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ZamaniFlow, a digital queue management and appointment scheduling platform developed and operated by ZAMANI DYNAMICS, a registered business in Dakar, Senegal (“ZamaniFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

ZamaniFlow provides technology for digital queues, appointments, check-ins, notifications, merchant workflows, payment integrations, and related services. Features may vary by business, location, plan, and integration.

02.Technology Platform

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZamaniFlow provides technology services. Independent businesses remain responsible for the products and services they provide.

03.Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and not impersonate others, access accounts without authorization, or bypass security controls.

04.Queues and Appointments

A digital queue position or appointment does not guarantee service at an exact time. Participating businesses remain responsible for staffing, operating hours, delays, cancellations, and service decisions.

05.Payments

ZamaniFlow may allow users to initiate payments through integrated third-party providers. Authorization, settlement, refunds, reversals, limits, and payment disputes may be governed by the provider’s terms and applicable law.

06.Business Subscriptions

Businesses may subscribe to paid plans. Pricing, features, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, and usage limits are displayed or agreed before purchase.

07.Acceptable Use

Users may not use ZamaniFlow for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, security circumvention, abusive scraping, API abuse, service disruption, unlawful personal-data processing, or intellectual-property infringement.

08.Intellectual Property

ZamaniFlow and its licensors retain rights in the platform, source code, APIs, interface designs, documentation, trademarks, workflows, and proprietary technology. Access does not transfer ownership.

09.Availability

ZamaniFlow aims for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet or telecom failures, external APIs, payment providers, security incidents, and events outside reasonable control may affect service.

10.Suspension and Termination

ZamaniFlow may restrict or suspend access for serious Terms violations, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and contract.

11.Privacy

Personal information is handled under the ZamaniFlow Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

12.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZamaniFlow is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent merchants, telecommunications networks, internet providers, external payment providers, or other third parties outside ZamaniFlow’s reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
